200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program is designed to promote awareness of yogic discipline, healthy diet, and cleansing practices in daily life. This comprehensive 200-hour YTT course deepens your understanding of yoga and equips you to become a confident practitioner and instructor.
Arrival & Departure Day’s
The course starts on 1st of every month at 17:00 IST with the opening ceremony & orientation program, In order to attend the opening ceremony of the course you should arrive at school a day before. The course completes on 23rd of every month at 18:00 IST with graduation & fire ceremony performed by the graduates & their masters, Departure date & time is 24th of every month at 12:00 IST during afternoon time.
What is the best way to arrive at Yoga Goals India?
The best and most convenient way to travel for Rishikesh is to take a flight from Delhi airport to Dehradun airport as it’s inexpensive than taxi fees and time saver. Dehradun airport is merely 15 kms from ashram and as soon as yo u book your flight, forward us your flight details and we will send our driver to receive you from Dehradun airport.

Ashtanga Yoga
- In 200 hours yoga TTC, we teach our students basics of Ashtanga yoga and we systematically guide them
through the complete Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence created by K. Pattabhi Jois in a traditional
way
which includes:
- Week 1 – Introduction to Ashtanga yoga (Primary series) followed by Sun salutation A & B.
- Week 2 – Standing sequence postures & use of yoga props.
- Week 3 – Seated sequence postures & Finishing sequence postures.
- Week 4 – Mysore style & Teaching practice.
- After practicing for the first 3 weeks based on the teacher’s guidance, the students will be tested in the 4th week in their Mysore style practice which is without guidance. Students will also be asked to guide some of the postures in the last week as a teaching practice.
