Arrival & Departure Day’s

Every month at 17:00 IST, the 100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course kicks off with an orientation and opening ceremony. Students are encouraged to arrive at the school one day early in order to take part in the inaugural festivities.

The graduates and their instructors commemorate the course’s conclusion with a graduation and fire ceremony on the eleventh of each month at 18:00 IST.

Every month on the 12th, departure is planned for 12:00 IST (afternoon).
